During the event, Chinese registered customers who meet the following conditions:
1) These customers have completed the online registration of Cainiao International Parcel Network, signed the "Cainiao SaaS Platform Customer Logistics Service Agency Agreement" with Cainiao, and ordered Cainiao SaaS platform customer logistics service standard services;
2) These customers have never placed or created their first logistics order with Cainiao (the "customer")

Activity Rules:
1. Customers who have never created a logistics order can receive 2 non-threshold freight reduction coupons with a face value of 50 yuan after completing registration and service orders. The total value of the coupons is 100 yuan.
Each customer (calculated based on a single business license) can only receive up to 2 coupons. The number of coupons available for this event is limited, and they are sorted according to the order in which customers meet the conditions, on a first come, first served basis.

2. Customers can use the "Cainiao International Parcel Network Merchant Workbench" or ERP to choose Cainiao International Express Service to place orders and use coupons. Each logistics order can use up to one coupon.

If the customer chooses Cainiao International Express Service through ERP, based on the time when the coupon was issued and the order was created, the latest 2 orders will be automatically deducted with the coupon; If the customer places an order through the "Cainiao International Parcel Network Merchant Workbench", the customer can freely choose whether to use coupons for specific orders.

3. Coupons can only be used for deduction of forward delivery fees (freight item under order fee information) for orders, and are not applicable for deduction of any other service fees or expenses, such as value-added services. When the order is shipped out, the actual forward delivery fee will be deducted. If the actual amount of forward delivery fee is less than the discount coupon amount, the actual amount of forward delivery fee will be deducted. Any unused face value of the discount coupon can no longer be used after deduction.

4. The validity period of the coupon is from 13:00:00 on August 29, 2023 to 23:59:59 on September 30, 2023;
Customers are required to complete the first and/or second logistics order creation within the event deadline. If the deadline is exceeded, the coupon will become invalid.

5. Instructions for use: Customers can query coupons under "Merchant Workbench Account Management". If a customer chooses to use coupons when placing an order, the coupon will become "in use" after the order is successfully submitted, and the coupon will become "in use" after actual outbound billing. If the order is cancelled and the coupon is still valid, the coupon will be restored to a pending state and can continue to be used.
